PAUL CURRERI AND ANDY FRIEDMAN: An interesting double bill of artists from different disciplines. Curreri's acoustic guitar and songwriting abilities have drawn praise from the likes of Kelly Joe Phelps. Meanwhile, visual artist Andy Friedman doesn't play music at all; he stands onstage with his line drawings and Polaroid photographs and tells stories and anecdotes, capturing his audience in a way that is both different and similar from a musician. 8p.m. Thu, Music Stage at Portland Art Museum, 1119 S.W. Park Ave.; $15 advance, 226-0973; $18 at door.
